Fill out the form below or call us at 813-527-9638. Our team will direct you to fill out an intake form. We will then schedule an initial Telehealth family assessment and interview with you and your child.
Within two virtual assessments, your child will meet with us to observe different behaviors, reactions, etc. that will help determine the care path forward.
Once the diagnostic assessments are complete, we will meet with you to review our comprehensive findings and our recommended care plan. This could include wrap-around behavioral therapy, prescription plans, and to help answer questions you might have.
